WOW this triplex in Reservoir Hill Baltimore has done so much progress and it shows! After the framing phase, the new added square footage now allows to add a second bedroom on the second units. This will give our future tenants an extra space for friends or home office. The electrical work which was performed by the license electrician team specialized in commercial building  is finished, it took almost a week for the crew to wire the whole building. Plumbing is also complete, we’ve modified the original plans to allow each unit to have it’s own washing and drying machine. This Reservoir Hill apartment building is going to offer a higher level of luxury in Baltimore city. The modernity of 2021 calls for an efficient HVAC system; with that in mind each unit received its own system on the same floor.  Rehabbing this building has taught us a lot about the different steps and expertise that are needed to undergo such a project. This triplex is certainly going to be the gem of Reservoir Hill in Baltimore. We’re grateful to rejuvenate this neighborhood one house at a time!
