The transformation of this triplex in the Reservoir Hill neighborhood in Baltimore is incredible. From almost condemned to an all renovated triplex, the journey was long but very rewarding. This is by far our favorite stage, it’s where the vision finally becomes a realty.

The walls are almost finished and painting is happening on some levels. This building has now a new roof, new HVAC system for each unit, new kitchens, new plumbing system, new windows, new deck on the 1st floor….Almost everything. The building facade of this Reservoir Hill triplex in Baltimore is still original. It will be power washed and repainted for a fresher look.

We have loved going through the transformation and working on bringing more value to this neighborhood. Reservoir Hill is an upcoming neighborhood where a lot of residential redevelopment is happening, we’re grateful for the opportunity of being part of this positive change in Baltimore city.

This building is intended for higher end tenants as they will have functional spaces, beautiful finishing, personal washing and drying machines, new HVAC and water boiler and extra storage space in the basement. The 3rd unit is going to be used as an extended stay Airbnb.
